However, our nutrition guides are not personalised plans tailored to your individual needs. Weight maintenance / loss or muscle gain are not guaranteed and should never be guaranteed on a plan as these have many independent variables including: current and past physical activity levels, history of dieting, medical history, mental wellbeing, hormones and medical illness.
